Privion (“we,” “us,” “our”) offers an AI-powered call management service for HOAs, property managers, and businesses. As part of our service, we send SMS text messages to notify customers of emergency calls, provide daily call summaries, and communicate service-related information.
2. Consent to Receive SMS Messages
By providing your mobile phone number and agreeing to our SMS Terms, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Privion. Your consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
You may receive the following types of messages:
- Emergency Call Alerts: Immediate notifications when our AI determines an incoming call is an emergency (e.g., water leaks, security incidents, medical emergencies)
- Daily Call Summaries: Morning summaries of non-urgent calls received in the past 24 hours
- Service Notifications: Updates about your account, service changes, or system maintenance
- Appointment Confirmations: Reminders about scheduled consultations or service appointments
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your service plan and call activity:
- Emergency Alerts: Sent immediately when emergencies are detected (frequency depends on call volume)
- Daily Summaries: Typically 1 message per day, sent at 8:00 AM local time
- Service Notifications: Occasional messages as needed for service updates
4. Opt-Out Instructions
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by:
- Replying STOP to any message you receive from us

After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from Privion. Please note that opting out of SMS messages may affect our ability to notify you of emergencies in a timely manner.

Carriers (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your mobile carrier.
8. Privacy
Your phone number and opt-in consent will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes. We collect and use your information only as described in our Privacy Policy. Information collected includes:
